There's nothing worse than having a large rock stop a construction project in its tracks, especially on commercial excavation sites when scheduling is critical.

At Steve Sarette & Son Excavation, we inform our customers during the estimating process to avoid surprises when the job is underway. Ledge is one of those conditions that cannot be predicted. In our contracts you will see a provision regarding ledge removal. We feel it is better that our clients know about it upfront.
